Well am back from IVP!
Came back with a bronze. Shall upload the pics when i get them. Learnt alot the few days up to IVP. Both physical and mental. That every sport needs not only physical also mental training. One must be strong both physically and mentally!!! If not no matter how storng you are in the physical skill, you can not win without confidence!!!
Must really thank our coach, her "words of wisdom" really effective. Must one day really go learn that skill. Really is usefull. Though her words are alittle stinging to those who dont really see the real purpose, it proves of good use. Haha imagine if i had that skill? HAHA !!! will be so cool.
Well cant talk much without my pics so shall wait till i get them. But so sad coulndt take a picture with the 2nd dan! Run away so fast change to track pants. Want to take pic with my shifu also cannot haha!!!
